CALL FOR PROPOSALS: Taking stock of TCAs realised in E&T between 2019-2023
The SALTO E&T TCA Resource Centre is looking for an expert to carry out a research task with the following title: Taking stock of TCAs realised in E&T between 2019-2023. (Deadline for submitting proposals: 14 March 2024)!
ETRCThe SALTO E&T TCA RC is planning to publish an online study in 8-10 pages with the title Taking stock of TCAs realised in Education&Training between 2019-2023. The purpose of the study is to create a comprehensive picture of the world of Education&Training TCAs, to make them visible and summarise them, which - if it can be demonstrated - also includes an analysis of their impact on the Erasmus+ Programme. With this Call for porposals, we are looking for an expert who is capable to deliver the below tasks in due time:
• fact finding, data processing: stock taking;
• evaluative impact measurement analysis and drawing conclusions;
• summary of the first experiences related to LTAs appearing as a new type of TCA in the period;
• formulation of short recommendations.
Expected products are:
- An online publication in English with the title Taking stock of TCAs realised in Education&Training between 2019-2023 before the end of 2024;
- Detailed development of research methodology and measuring instruments;
- Taking stock 2019-2023;
- Survey inquiry of the National Agencies;
- Interviews;
- Conclusions about the realisation of the TCA lifecycle/TCA organisation and the integration of the results of the TCAs into the E+ Programme.
