Viviana BielikováViviana Bieliková has been added to the Expert pool in the spring of 2024. She has been a returning expert of the Digitalisation Long-term Activity the final event of which took place in the Hague, in March 2024. Viviana was originally recommended to the SALTO E&T TCA RC by the Slovak National Agency, and has collaborated with us since then on several occasions other NAs as well. Her expertise and experience are of great value - it is very much worth considering her as a contributor at TCA events and other E+ related activities.

You can also watch a video interview on our YouTube channel with Viviana about a TCA event she was a speaker of in Bratislava, about blended mobility projects.

Please talk about your professional background. What topics are you an expert in? What can you offer to the Erasmus+ community?

My professional background is teaching English and Music at the secondary level. As a freelancer, I also provide webinars for teachers on Artificial Intelligence, IT tools, and CLIL (Content and Language Integrated Learning) methodology.

My specific educational background is in CLIL methodology, particularly in teaching music through English, which I have been doing since 2010. I completed my rigorous thesis on CLIL at Comenius University in Bratislava in 2010. I am enthusiastic about IT tools in English Language Teaching (ELT). I have participated in numerous trainings in Slovakia and abroad, funded by Erasmus+ courses focusing on the CLIL methodology, project management and IT implementation.

What is your professional connection to the Erasmus+ Programme?

As an Erasmus+ coordinator with extensive experience at the secondary level, I have been involved in a broad spectrum of KA1 and KA2 projects since 2014 (since 2005, with the Comenius Programme). My professional journey has allowed me the privilege of collaborating with esteemed institutions, such as universities and NGOs.

What roles have you had in connection with Training and Cooperation Activities? (facilitator, expert, trainer, etc.) What National Agencies have you worked with? What topics have you represented as a speaker at TCA events?

I have worked with the Slovak and the Dutch National Agencies. As a speaker, I have presented good examples in Erasmus+ projects, specifically blended mobility of learners and digitalisation. I also facilitated the CLIL online workshop during a TCA in Bratislava.

What E&T sector(s) could benefit from your expertise? School education, vocational education, higher education, and adult education? Youth as well? Do you have cross-sectoral experience?

My direct experience as a secondary school teacher utilising the CLIL methodology to teach Music in English and an Erasmus+ coordinator in school education makes this sector a primary beneficiary of my skills.

Do you have a memorable experience to share from a TCA?

I have participated in several TCAs. What is memorable for me is meeting other experts, learning from them, then, implementing the knowledge and expertise received in the projects that I coordinate, and sharing that knowledge with my peers. Networking is always the best part of every TCA, and having the opportunity to communicate through social media and cooperate in the future is the best outcome and experience.

Why do you like working with TCA participants and E+ beneficiaries?

Having the opportunity to interact and collaborate with other Erasmus+ beneficiaries and TCA participants helps me broaden my knowledge, exchange examples of good practice, and network with them to provide opportunities for my school and community in the future. What truly impresses me is how enthusiastic a group of people can be. The biggest benefits are the positive energy and notion that we learn, exchange knowledge and experience and make these relationships sustainable through social media, projects, and ongoing cooperation.
