CLEAR+ Assessor Workshop on Horizontal Priorities
Main Info
TCA Description
This workshop centres on an exchange of experience among internal and external assessors working on funding proposals and final reports from Small-Scale Partnerships (KA210) and Cooperation Partnerships (KA220). Specifically, we are looking to exchange experiences among those with direct experience of KA210 and KA220 assessment. Insights gathered during this workshop will be used to guide future CLEAR+ training and resource developments.
Workshop discussions will centre around how to effectively address Erasmus+ horizontal priorities (inclusion and diversity; digital transformation; environment and fight against climate change; participation in democratic life, EU values and civic engagement) when assessing funding proposals and final reports in KA210 and KA220. Workshop modelled on group-based discussions and exchanges, reflecting separately on the four horizontal priorities and with a view to building common understanding on how to effectively address these important features of the programme during assessment. Smaller group discussions will be complemented by targeted plenary inputs.
By the end of this workshop, participants will be better able to:
• COMPARE and CONTRAST aspects that need to be judged in relation to Erasmus+ horizontal priorities;
• EVALUATE horizontal priorities during key assessment stages for KA210 and KA220;
• ATTRIBUTE and DEFEND scores when assessing funding proposals and final reports for KA210 and KA220.
This workshop is part of the CLEAR Assessment LTA, and participation is limited to internal and external assessors and LTA staff proposed by participating NAs, namely: SI01, CY01, IS01, IT02, NL01, NO01, PL01, PT01 and RO01.
Please consult your TCA officer for details on financing which can differ depending on the types of participants (NA staff, assessors)
Partners and participants
Internal and external assessors with direct experience in assessing funding proposals and final reports for KA210 and KA220: KA220 experience is especially important due to the more complex nature of these projects. Focus on assessors with experience in one or more fields of education and training in Erasmus+ (ADU, HED, SCH, VET). Participants should have a good command of English language.
NA Staff Welcome: In all cases, one member of NA staff that is directly involved with CLEAR+ LTA delivery should be present. Additionally, NA staff that are experienced internal assessors for KA210 and KA220 (education and training) can be sent in place of external assessors.
