I am a dedicated teacher of English and Music at a secondary grammar school in Levice, Slovakia. I have been serving as the project coordinator for Erasmus+ since 2014 and for Comenius projects since 2005. Erasmus+ has provided me with ample opportunities to create digital content in Music and English and to conduct workshops for my colleagues on the significance of technology in education. I have also been able to showcase my projects as exemplary models. I thoroughly enjoy collaborating with inspiring colleagues and being a part of a team.

Extensive experience in planning, implementing, and evaluating Erasmus+ KA1 mobility projects in the school education sector. Successfully managed three KA1 projects prior to obtaining Erasmus Accreditation in 2020 and subsequently coordinated accredited mobility projects on an annual basis. Additional information:
In addition to extensive Erasmus+ project management experience, I have actively participated in several international Training and Cooperation Activities (TCAs), contributing to peer learning, dissemination, and the exchange of good practices at the European level. My expertise includes participation in TCA activities focused on blended mobility and innovative mobility approaches in Bratislava, CLIL methodology and multilingual education in school contexts, as well as digitalisation and innovative educational practices presented during TCA activities in The Hague. I have also collaborated with European colleagues within “Teacher Meets” initiatives, sharing examples of good practice related to digital transformation, inclusive education, project-based learning, and international cooperation. These experiences strengthened my competencies in European networking, educational innovation, intercultural collaboration, and sustainable dissemination of Erasmus+ outcomes.
