Additional information:
I bring a strong practical and evaluator perspective to TCAs, combining 15+ years in Erasmus+ project design and management with external evaluation and vice-chair work for EACEA and Erasmus+ National Agencies. I also evaluate projects for CERV, Creative Europe, EIT and other EU programmes, which gives me a cross-programme view of quality, impact, inclusion, sustainability and feasibility.
I have specific experience in geographic inclusion, including integrating Overseas Countries and Territories and remote territories into Erasmus+ cooperation projects, including Greenland, New Caledonia, Curaçao and Saint Martin. This includes designing what, to my knowledge, is currently the most geographically remote KA2 project in the youth field. I can support TCAs as trainer, facilitator, keynote speaker, evaluator-insight expert or rapporteur.
