Themes and goals:
Theme: The role of school leaders in the professional development of teachersTarget Group: School leaders and educators of school leadersStudy Visits to different schools and organisations. Information about the compulsory, statal headmasters´education for all headmasters in Sweden. Different topics such as carrier reforma, teachers professionalisation, attractiveness for teachers, entrepreneurship, democratic thinking linked to this theme.

Exchange of experience, finding ideas for qualitative professional development of teachers

Study Visit - the final selection of participants will be made by the Swedish NA. Participating NA:s send their selected participant to the Swedish NA, where the final selection takes place.
