| Definition: | The second status in the TCA/LTA lifecycle, where the activity is visible to other NAs in the AMP under the "Public Events" or Public LTAs menu, and where the TCA Partner application (co-organising partner application, booking places) and the LTA Partner application (connecting activities) process occurs.
