| Definition: | TCA can have a transnational or national scope. When a National Agency (NA) organises a National TCA, only other E&T National Agencies within the Organiser NA's country can act as Sending partners. Additionally, only participants from the organising country are eligible to apply. For National TCAs, the flag of the organising country is displayed on the event card, and hovering over it reveals the text “National TCA.” |
