Themes and goals of the event:

  • Presentation of the VET-systems of the participating countries

  • Inspire for new partnerships between the participating institutions.  

  • To facilitate and to inspire for the development of new international projects

  • With a view to a new program period, strive to create a common meeting place where relevant matters and future-oriented themes are being discussed to further develop cross-cultural cooperation within the sector


Expected results:

  • Networking and sharing experience

  • Inspiration for the future work and European projects on the topic


Additional information:

This is a rerun og Give VET mobility a fresh boost, held in Germany in June 2018. (5 or 6 countries ie. Nordic countries + France + Germany, with an after-Brexit idea in mind)

Travel information: From Bergen Airport the city centre is easily accessible by either airport buss (approx. 30 minutes), or the light rail (approx. 45 minutes). More information about transport to and from the city centre can be found at the airport's webpage. The hotel is only a five minute walk from the bus or light rail stop.

 

Event fee: contribution of 500 euros/pax. Invoice will be sent to the respective participating NAs after the event. The fee covers accommodation in a single room for 2 nights (12th – 14th), conference rooms, and the following meals:

Please note that the event fee covers two nights of accommodation, additional cost for accommodation must, if applicable, be covered by the sending NAs. Any additional night must be booked individually.

 

Travel costs: Sending NAs covers the travel costs for their respective participants.

 

Number of participants per country: 10 (20 for Norway). FR01 = 10; DE02 = 10; SE01=10; FI01=10; DK01=10; NO01=20  

 

Deadline to which NAs inform organizer about number of participants, they will send: DNA

 

Deadline to which organizer confirms number of places reserved: DNA

 

Deadline for sending details of participants to hosting NA: 26/04/2019

 

Types of participant’s data sending to the organizer: Name (first name, surname), email, phone number, organisation, department and function.

 

Registration: At the venue. List of participant from each country to be sent by deadline over.

 

Is National Agencies staff welcome?

Yes. Each NA sends at least 1 participant.

Their role is to organize the event along with the hosting NA

 

Additional information (if applicable):
Seminar will start around 14:00 pm on June 12th and will end at 13:00 on June 14th. Lunch will be provided also these days. Note that the event fee covers two nights of accommodation, additional cost for accommodation must, if applicable, be covered by the sending NAs. 

 

 

Sending NAs should be prepared to:

  1. Make sure that every participant holds a PIC Code for its own organisation before the event

  2. Cover the event fee in case of no show or withdrawal after the number per country is confirmed (this of course does not apply if there is a possibility to find a suitable replacement in the same country or in another country)

Internal planning - TCA is only visible for users within the same NA group or TCA partnership.

Finalized partnership - TCA is visible for users in all NA groups. Other NA group users cannot apply as partner but can indicate sending participants.
Added to WP - Same as Finalized partnership status, just an indication that the TCA has been included in the NA's Work Programme. (The TCA is planned to be realized by the NA.)
Approved by EC - Same as Finalized partnership/Added to WP status, just an indication that the TCA has been approved by the European Commission. (The TCA is going to be realized by the NA.)
Cancelled - TCA is visible for users in all NA groups, but will not be realized.

The next annual TCA Officers’ Meeting will be held on 22-24 May 2019 in Zandvoort, Netherlands hosted by the Dutch Erasmus + Education and Training National Agency.
The meeting will focus on Quality in TCA, covering both theory and practice. A training on the SALTO E&T Platform is included in the agenda as well as formal and informal sessions for networking and planning TCAs for 2020.
Moreover DG EAC and EC Programme Magagement Working Group representatives will share intormation about the new E+ Programme and there will be space for Q&A.

The official programme starts at 1 pm on 22 May. The closing of the event is planned until 1 pm 24 May.

Draft programme with more information and registration link will be announced early March.
