Inclusion tool for better inclusion and diversity approach
Summary of TCA outcomes
The TCA – Inclusion Tool for Better Inclusion and Diversity Approach, held in Bratislava from November 13 to 15, 2024, brought together 48 participants from 19 countries. The diverse program featured keynote speeches, panel discussions, workshops, ice-breaking activities, market place and engaging presentations of good practices. The event aimed to strengthen inclusion within organizations and Erasmus+ projects while showcasing opportunities within the Erasmus+ program to enhance diversity and inclusion.
A highlight was the introduction of a newly developed inclusion tool by the National Agency, designed for new applicants, unsuccessful applicants, and grant recipients. This on-line tool helps organizations assess their current state of inclusion, identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for these areas. The tool is divided into four parts: Initial State of the Organization/Resources, Project and Mobility Planning, Project and Mobility Implementation, and Evaluation. These topics were further explored through workshops. Participants also provided feedback on this tool and suggestions for improvement. The tool will soon be accessible on www.erasmusplus.sk. The event also included cultural activities like theatre visit at the Theatre with no home (which was one of the examples of good practice) and sightseeing tour, fostering collaboration and networking among participants.
