In addition to my institutional roles, I have extensive experience as a trainer, facilitator, moderator, event coordinator and project manager in national and international activities under Erasmus+ Youth and the European Solidarity Corps. I have contributed to the design, writing, implementation and evaluation of KA1, KA2, Capacity Building in the Field of Youth, European Youth Together and Virtual Exchanges projects, particularly in the areas of quality development, inclusion, youth participation and institutional capacity building. I serve as an external expert for the Jean Monnet Programme. Active in civil society since the age of 16, I have worked with numerous NGOs and international networks at local, national and European levels, combining policy expertise with strong field experience and practical implementation capacity.
