TCA Description
The focus of the transnational seminar is to explore the social impact of career guidance and its transformative potential towards more sustainable and inclusive societies. During the seminar, we will look at how career guidance can be beneficial to various communities, how it can encourage fairness, and promote social cohesion. This intensive learning seminar will feature keynote presentations by renowned experts, study visits to various organisations, presentations of inclusive practices, and structured space for networking and peer exchange.
The expected results of the thematic seminar are following:

will gain better understanding of the social impact of career guidance
- Participants
will learn about inspirational inclusive practices and guidance services
in Slovakia
- Participants
will widen their professional network
Programme draft:
24th of May: expected day of arrival, accommodation booked
25th of May: start of the TCA around 9am, study visits, keynotes
26th of May: keynotes, workshops, peer exchange activities
27th of May: wrap up, end of the TCA around 2pm, departure
- SK01 will cover accommodation for 3 nights and meals during the seminar

Partners and participants
Participation is open to career guidance practitioners and professionals (especially those dealing with disadvantaged communities), social workers, and managers of career services. A good command of English and willingness to engage in peer exchange are required.
