Inclusion in Higher Education – Adaptation of HEIs’ work processes
Main Info
TCA Description
This event is envisaged to enable participants to learn about different approaches to the inclusion, which would finally help them change their HEI’s approach and work processes in a way that will best respond to the needs of the defined target groups for each HEI.
The participants of the event will be mainly representatives of HEIs (ECHE holders) working in international-relation offices (IROs), or other people involved in implementation of KA1 project mobilities in higher education.
By participating in this event, higher education institutions will gain significant insight into inclusion measures that will greatly facilitate and direct their work on the adaptation of HEIs’ work processes, at least when it comes to Erasmus+ mobility projects in higher education.
This event will also promote good practice examples from different countries that can guide the event participants in the best way to implement the inclusion measures on an institutional level.
- The event participants will be able to recognise the importance of inclusion in KA1 mobility project in higher education and to implement and adjust activities at their home institutions in line with the Erasmus+ inclusion rules;
- Participants should also learn about the obligations brought upon by the new Erasmus+ programme, related to inclusion in KA1 mobility projects in higher education;
- Finally, the event participants will learn about best practices established in HEIs when it comes to the adjusting calls for mobility applications, inclusion support provided by IRO before, during and after the mobilities, promotional activities that could help reach out to target groups, etc.
