Study visits “Promotion of VET and increasing its attractiveness through skills competitions – Croatian experiences”

Aim: exchange of experience in the area of promoting skills; support to VET beneficiaries to increase their participation in skills competitions, promotion of WorldSkills occupational standards and exchange of best practices regarding increasing attractiveness of VET thorough Skills competition.
Participants will have possibility to attend WorldSkills Croatia 2024 - national skills competition, which will take place 13 – 15 May 2025 in Zagreb, Croatia. This will be the fourth time that the Agency for Vocational and Adult Education is organizing such an event. This is the largest education & training event in Croatia and skills competition in part of Europe.
Participants will broaden their knowledge concerning national skills competitions, promotion of VET thorough Skills competition, increase their participation in E+ VET mobilities by attending skills competitions. The expected results will be more applications to KA2 regarding Skills competitions.
The Organiser NA will be responsible for selection of participants and for making registration for attendance.

12.05 - Departure from Poland:
13.05 –visit the skill competition.
14.05 – visit the Croation VET school involved in skill competition.
15.05 - visit the skill competition and closing ceremony.
16.05 - Departures to Poland
