Themes and goals:
Skills Challenge Summer Camp is a culinary workshop for students and apprentices of culinary schools from all over Europe. The event provides an opportunity to learn, collaborate and improve the chef's skills in cooking, confectionery and restaurant service. The training will use WorldSkills standards and practical modules based on the inspiration of Euroskills and Worldskills competitions.
The participant will learn innovative methods and techniques under the guidance of chefs and professional trainers. Each participant will have individual workplace in a professional studio. The meeting will be enriched with integration activities and teamwork with a trainer, which will be a good opportunity to get to know the group and interpersonal skills better.
Expected results:
International cooperation, strengthening individual competences in the profession of a cook and confectioner, learning modern culinary techniques, strengthening interpersonal competences, preparation for professional competitions.
