TCA Description

Themes and goals:

This is a networking and capacity-building seminar which aims at bringing together organisations in the field of higher education that are interested in applying for a future KA2 cooperation partnership. The event will provide an opportunity to come together to learn more about Erasmus+ goals and expectations whilst forming transnational partnerships to develop possible project ideas for future submission (2024 and beyond). In addition to newcomers to Erasmus+, participation will extend to those who have been unsuccessful in previous cooperation partnership applications, as well as wider stakeholders who play a role in the development of higher education.

Expected results:
By the end of this networking and capacity-building seminar, participants will be able to:

EXPRESS the need for their project and partnership and DEMONSTRATE innovation and European added-value relevant to the proposed actions and outputs.
PREPARE a convincing workplan and JUSTIFY the need for the proposed lump sum financing amount.
ILLUSTRATE the value and additionality of the proposed cooperation partnership, and DEFEND plans for bringing together specific actors and institutions.
ANTICIPATE and DESCRIBE impact potential and impact measures relating to the participating institutions and countries and key audiences of students and staff;
PRESENT valid platforms and measures for the sharing, promotion and use of key outputs and results.
Additional information:

Participants should have a good command of English.

Profile of participants:

Newcomers to Erasmus+ Cooperation Partnerships are especially welcome. We also welcome non-academic institutions that actively collaborate with higher education institutions or which aid the development of higher education. Applicants who were previously unsuccessful in their application for financing of an Erasmus+ Cooperation Partnerships (KA220) are also encouraged to apply.

Individual participants should be directly involved in the development of project proposals, with academic and international development staff equally welcome. In all cases, we are looking for participants willing to discuss real project ideas with potential project partners and who are able to share what they learn within their own teams and institutions.
