Digital University. Good practices and recommendations for University 4.0
Main Info
TCA Description
The current Covid-19 pandemic has
forced students and academics to switch to online teaching modes. Thus the
process of digitalisation in higher education has evolved rapidly. In 2020, the
European Commission published a special call for proposals for Strategic
Partnerships focusing on digitalisation, inviting universities and other
stakeholders to prepare and submit digitalisation projects. Digitalization is
visible in different areas of HEIs' activities: teaching, research, serving to
society, internal management. This was
expressed in the submitted proposals.
During the seminar, we would like to:
· invite participants to share lessons
learnt so far from implementation of “digitalisation driven” projects,
· discuss with the participants and
experts what digital university should look like,
· analyse which kinds of knowledge and skills can be taught online, and
· check how universities address the challenges of changing the learning process in the digital era.
Exchange
