The core objective of research is to evaluate impact of Erasmus+ VET mobility projects on further career paths of mobility participants. The tracer study will also cover intercultural and social dimensions of mobility experience stemming not only from learning by doing but also from learning in other national and cultural contexts. Therefore, it will also focus on the aspects of openness and overcoming language, cultural and social barriers of VET students taking part in vocational training abroad. It is planned to adopt both qualitative and quantitative research approaches, which are going to be based on the methodology developed by Polish NA in 2017 (the similar research project on Polish VET mobility participants was implemented in March-September, 2017). The transnational research project will be launched in 2018 and should run according to the timeline adopted by project partners. The results of research in each participating country will be issued in national report and then compared and introduced to public in final transnational report developed by Polish NA.

The main objective of meeting is to establish the transnational research team aiming at implementing the research project on Vet mobility in all participating countries.
