TCA Description

Themes and goals:
  1. Peer-learning and exchange of practices
  2. Addressing common possibilities and challenges that coordinators have
  3. Networking of coordinators
  4. Preparation for future cooperation
Expected results:

The participants will have the possibility to exchange with other coordinators of mobility about their difficulties in their tasks and togheter they will try to find solutions. The participants should be better prepared to enter or continue their role as a coordinator. The participants are able to make contacts that will facilitate placement for job-shadowing/teaching assignment for staff and/or will facilitate pupils'/learners' mobility.

Additional information:

The TCA has been run twice before with great success. We are reusing the programme with new participants.
The TCA is a mix of training and contact seminar. Chosen participant are solely coordinators of KA120-SCH or KA120-VET and newly accredited (either 2024 or 2025). Participants do not coordinate a consortium nor are they a consortium member. Each sending NA must make sure that the participant is indeed of this type. Participants need to have good commend of English to be able to participate actively. Participants are expected to take part in the whole TCA and can not leave early. They should make travel arrangements accordingly.
