Bridging the skills Gap: Strategic Collaboration through Erasmus+ for Regional Development
Main Info
TCA Description
The changing demands of labour markets and society pose great challenges for organisations and educational institutions at all levels, which must provide up-to-date educational programmes, qualifications, and skills matching the technological and social needs. One of the key challenges of this rapidly changing society is the need for a skilled workforce that ensures Europe’s competitiveness, economic resilience and innovation capacity.
Through a series of structured workshops, participants will identify key stakeholders, develop collaboration models, explore Erasmus+ as a strategic tool, and create sustainable strategies for skills development.
- Strengthened collaboration across different educational sectors and labour market actors across borders to address the skills needs for the future.
- Develop models on how to bring together diverse expertise from different sectors such as higher education, vocational education and school, ensuring that educational offerings align with the current and future demands of the labor market.
- Develop knowledge on how the Erasmus+ programme can be used as a tool to address the skills needs for the future as inspiration for new initiatives and future cooperation.
