The overall aim of this transnational contact seminar is to increase the impact of the Erasmus+ programme and ensure that education institutions and organisations from the participating countries actively engage in the Key Action 220 Cooperation Partnerships within the SCH and VET sectors.
This contact seminar has a cross-sectoral focus and invites the participation of stakeholders from School Education (SCH), Vocational Education and Training (VET), and Higher Education (HE) as well as the private sector.
It further aims to promote cooperation partnerships, provide support to potential applicants in terms of idea-thinking on project development, build on the target groups’ knowledge about KA220 and provide a platform from which stakeholders from different educational sectors can connect, share experiences and establish networks with potential project partners.
The contact seminar will be arranged by the National Agencies from Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Ireland, Estonia and the Netherlands and welcomes participants from the listed countries as well as Iceland.

· A deeper knowledge of how to develop project ideas based on institutional and regional needs.

· Increase cross-sectoral collaboration between SCH, VET and HE
Please note that applications are only accepted from educational institutions and organisations in the following countries: Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Ireland, Estonia, the Netherlands and Iceland.
The contact seminar starts in the late afternoon on Wednesday the 6th of November and ends around lunchtime on Friday the 8th of November. The location for the event is the city of Bergen, Norway.
The primary target groups for this contact seminar will be applicants with some experience from Erasmus+ KA2 or that have applied for KA210 or KA220 without being awarded a project. All applicants must have an intention to apply for a KA220 project, either within school education or vocational education and training. Higher education institutions that intend to apply within the mentioned sectors, are welcomed.
Partners and participants
Staff from educational institutions and organisations within school Education (SCH), Vocational Education and Training (VET) and Higher Education (HE) who have previously been involved in Erasmus+ projects and have an interest in developing their international focus through cooperation partnerships are invited to participate in the seminar.
The goal of the seminar is to provide a platform for professionals to collaborate and develop projects within the framework of Erasmus+ Cooperation partnerships.
