From KA120 to KA2: a contact seminar to broaden your horizons (Adult Education)
Main Info
TCA Description
The purpose of this seminar is to strengthen the strategic use of the Erasmus+ programme among accredited adult education institutions by highlighting the opportunities available through Cooperation Partnerships (Key Action 2). The seminar aims to encourage institutions to move beyond primarily using mobility funding (KA1) and to also engage in projects that focus on joint development, innovation, and the exchange of practices.
Cooperation Partnerships provide institutions with the opportunity to work systematically on quality development, capacity building, and pedagogical renewal, while also addressing common needs across the adult learning sector and society at large.
A key goal of the seminar is to facilitate networking between participants, enabling them to develop concrete project ideas that may lead to successful partnership applications.
Participants from around fifteen European countries are expected to attend, making the seminar a meeting point for sharing experiences, mutual learning, and cross-border collaboration. Particular emphasis will be placed on how Cooperation Partnerships can support institutions' own strategic goals while also responding to shared European challenges within adult education—such as inclusion, participation, digital competence, and sustainability.
The event will take place in Bergen, Norway. Participants cannot arrive later than 5:30 pm on Tuesday 21 October. Neither can they leave the seminar earlier than the organiser allows it.
