This is a rerun og Give VET mobility a fresh boost, held in Germany in June 2018. (5 or 6 countries ie. Nordic countries + France + Germany, with an after-Brexit idea in mind) Travel information: From Bergen Airport the city centre is easily accessible by either airport buss (approx. 30 minutes), or the light rail (approx. 45 minutes). More information about transport to and from the city centre can be found at the airport's webpage. The hotel is only a five minute walk from the bus or light rail stop.   Event fee: contribution of 500 euros/pax. Invoice will be sent to the respective participating NAs after the event. The fee covers accommodation in a single room for 2 nights (12th – 14th), conference rooms, and the following meals:     Wednesday 12th Thursday 13th Friday 14th Breakfast   x x Lunch x x x Dinner x x     Please note that the event fee covers two nights of accommodation, additional cost for accommodation must, if applicable, be covered by the sending NAs. Any additional night must be booked individually.   Travel costs: Sending NAs covers the travel costs for their respective participants.   Number of participants per country: 10 (20 for Norway). FR01 = 10; DE02 = 10; SE01=10; FI01=10; DK01=10; NO01=20     Deadline to which NAs inform organizer about number of participants, they will send: DNA   Deadline to which organizer confirms number of places reserved: DNA   Deadline for sending details of participants to hosting NA: 26/04/2019   Types of participant’s data sending to the organizer: Name (first name, surname), email, phone number, organisation, department and function.   Registration: At the venue. List of participant from each country to be sent by deadline over.   Is National Agencies staff welcome? Yes. Each NA sends at least 1 participant. Their role is to organize the event along with the hosting NA   Additional information (if applicable): Seminar will start around 14:00 pm on June 12th and will end at 13:00 on June 14th. Lunch will be provided also these days. Note that the event fee covers two nights of accommodation, additional cost for accommodation must, if applicable, be covered by the sending NAs.      Sending NAs should be prepared to: Make sure that every participant holds a PIC Code for its own organisation before the eventCover the event fee in case of no show or withdrawal after the number per country is confirmed (this of course does not apply if there is a possibility to find a suitable replacement in the same country or in another country)
