Profile of participants: The seminar is open to participants within the fields of general education, VET, Adult and youth work. Participants might be guidance counsellors, managers and practitioners, educators, researchers, Euroguidance staff (if not NA staff) and others interested in the field of learning mobility. The seminar is mainly focused on why and how we can improve mobility guidance. Participants should also be willing actively engage in the activities in the seminar and be willing to use the potential in the Erasmus+ program to achieve lifelong participation and employment in Europe. The participants are expected to prepare before the TCA. The task will be presented in the finalized programme.The participants are expected to arrive in time 09. 05. 2019 at 12:00 am Norwegian time. The seminar will start at 1200 am. The seminar ends 11.05.2019 after lunch, 13:00 pm) NA should be prepared to: 1) Cover the event fee in case of no show or withdrawal after the number per country is confirmed (this of course does not apply if there is a possibility to find a suitable replacement in the same country or in another country). Note that participants will have to complete a pre-task during the week 18.03.2019-22.03.2019. Failure to do so will exclude the participant to take part in the seminar. Estimated number of hours to complete the task: 2 hours. Participants will be contacted by NO01 in due time.
