This Capacity building event is designed to transform cross-European Adult Education by uniting a diverse group of adult educators. Participants will have the opportunity to collaborate in shaping a personalised adult learner mobility project tailored to their organisations, while also establishing valuable connections with potential partners from various European countries.

It is addressed to adult educators involved or interest in Adult Education Mobility to participate in an in-person seminar and capacity-building event. This opportunity is particularly designed for organisations that work with adult learners from at-risk communities or vulnerable groups who require access to further educational opportunities.

The seminar will bring together a diverse array of representatives from various organisations across Europe, fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing. The overarching goal is to enhance the involvement of learners with fewer opportunities in the KA120 and KA122 programmes and projects, thereby promoting a more inclusive educational landscape for adult learners.

Guided by experts specialising in Erasmus+ mobility for Adult Education, this seminar serves as a platform for adult educators and their learners from Malta and across Europe. Attendees will engage in meaningful networking, sharing insights and experiences that will empower them to elevate their practices and foster learner-centered mobility initiatives.

In addition to the interactive sessions, the seminar includes an Expert Panel Discussion, aimed at enriching participants' comprehension of the evolving learning landscape.

The objective is to provide adult educators and learners with essential knowledge and skills necessary for the successful organisation and participation in high-quality mobility projects. Additionally, this event aims to assist organisations in attracting learners to the programme.

The event will provide an opportunity to learn about how to implement quality learner mobility projects in line with Erasmus+ Quality Standards and encouraging discussion on the benefits and challenges of adult learner mobility.

This targeted training event is specifically crafted for both newcomers to the Erasmus+ Adult Education Programme and those possessing some prior experience in this area.
