Themes and goals: Networking in the field of
Higher Education between Mediterranean European countries aiming priorities in Erasmus+ 2021-2027. Seminar is aiming collaboration between Mediterranean European countries including Western
Balkan countries (third countries associated to the program and third countries
non associated to the programme.
Collaboration should be created
through intra-European mobilities / KA131, International Credit Mobility KA171,
cooperation partnerships and European University Initiative aiming the
priorities of Erasmus+ in the field of Higher Education such as: inclusion,
green agenda and digitalization.
The seminar will have the opportunity to introduce to participant the importance of the priorities in the field of Higher Education and at the same time possibility of networking between participants from Mediterranean.
How to make our Higher Education Institutions more
attractive, and how to cooperate with local authorities in order to make the
territory a more attractive place; how Erasmus could change the environment,
and make an impact. At the event Rectors and Vice Rectors of International
Relations will have the opportunity to create space for discussion regarding
priorities of Erasmus+ and future collaboration through signing of bilateral
and inter-institutional agreements.
National Agency for European
Educational Programmes and Mobility will present the possibilities for
collaboration between HEIs from SEEC in KA1, KA2 and European University
Initiative and analyses of collaboration in the field of Higher Education in
the period 2014-2021 between Mediterranean European countries and how this can
be improved in the new program!
Expected results: Increasing collaboration between HEIs from Mediterranean Europe (including WB countries) through joint discussion and sharing best practices aiming Erasmus+ priorities.
The seminar will offer networking
opportunities for Rectors and Vice Rectors of International Relations from HEIs
and finding partners and initiate new projects (KA131, KA171, Cooperation
partnerships and European University Initiative)
Additional information:
This seminar represents a unique opportunity for Rectors and Vice Rectors of International Relations to share their experiences with their colleagues from universities from South-Eastern Europe, to conclude cooperation agreements and also to come up with new ideas for future cooperation through the Erasmus+ program in line with priorities such as Digitalisation, Inclusion and Green agenda.
The
focus of the seminar will be on the priorities in the Erasmus+ program and how
they can be included in future projects that will be created by the
universities of Mediterranean Europe.
