Representatives of the European Commission (EC), the European Education and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA) are invited to participate.

The event will bring together HEI from Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia, as well as representatives of National Erasmus+ Offices and Erasmus+ National Focal Points.

The goal of the event is to broader knowledge of Erasmus+ international opportunities in higher education at the Baltic level and beyond. This year, the main thematic focus will be on assessing the impact and sustainability of achieved project results, highlighting their added value, and promoting the effective exploitation and dissemination of outcomes.

This seminar of potential Erasmus+ programme participants is the event of regular tradition, organised on a rotating basis among the Baltic countries during the Erasmus+ 2014–2020 programme period (Estonia – 2014; Lithuania – 2016; Latvia – 2018) and continuing in the current programme period 2021–2027 (Estonia – 2021; Lithuania – 2023; Latvia – 2026).

Expected results:

As a result of participating in this TCA, the following outcomes are expected:

The event will provide an opportunity to engage with representatives of HEI from the Baltic countries, fostering new partnerships and strengthening regional cooperation.

Participants will gain insights into the experience of other HEI in implementing Erasmus+ international and transnational projects, drawing inspiration for innovative activities and new formats of cooperation.

3. Broader knowledge of Erasmus+ international and transnational actions
Up-to-date information will be provided on Erasmus+ opportunities in higher education that support internationalisation, capacity building, and cooperation with partners beyond the European Union.
