TCA Description

Themes and goals:

The aim of the event is to deepen the comprehension of the Erasmus+ 2021-2027 horizontal priority “Digital Transformation” to address the key factors of successful digital education and training as enablers of a highly performing and transforming digital education ecosystem within education institutions.

 

The event will facilitate the capacity building of the participants on the following topics:

  • European Policy framework and Erasmus+ 2021-2027 context on Digital Strategies, Digital Transformation Dimensions and Implementation Mechanisms;
  • Highly-performing Digital Ecosystem of Education Institutions;
  • Effective Digital Pedagogy, Methodologies and Learning Practices;
  • Continual Development of Learner’s Digital Competencies and Digital Literacy;
  • Efficient Digital Technologies for Teaching and Learning.
Expected results:

Participants of this TCA will have:

  • expanded their insights of Digital Transformation priority within the context of the Erasmus+ programme 2021-2027 for successful implementation of the Erasmus+ projects across various education sectors;
  • broadened knowledge on the components for building strong digital education ecosystems for fostering the transformation and high performance of education institutions in the context of agile lifelong learning practice;
  • learnt about various digital mechanisms and practices to support the implementation of digital transformation;
  • built new partnerships and cooperation models;
  • exchanged ideas and discussed future collaboration.

Through show-casing, exchanging good practices and sharing experiences, participants will strengthen the knowledge about key practices for digital transformation within education institutions such as effective digital strategies and pedagogies, training programs offered by digital transformation trainers, the implementation of digital tools, incl. AI, and mentoring methodology for enhancing education efficiency. Attendees will have the opportunity to engage in interactive discussions, gain insights from industry experts, and network with peers to drive innovation and advancement in educational practices and processes to build strong digital education ecosystem.

Additional information:

TCA is for all sectors – SCH, VET, HED and ADU and Key Actions: KA1 and KA2.

The seminar will take place in Riga.

LV National Agency will cover accommodation for 2 nights from September 25 - 27, 2024. Any additional nights need to be covered by the participants.

Preliminary programme:

  1. Wednesday, September 25: start around 17:00 with networking and dinner.
  2. Thursday, September 26: full day programme, including workshops, social event and dinner.
  3. Friday, September 27: half day programme ending with lunch around 13:00.


Important notes: Applications will be submitted through SALTO form.

IMPORTANT! The seminar programme requires the presence of all participants from date to date.
