Erasmus+ boosting employability and promoting cooperation with the world of work

Themes and goals:
- Strengthen the quality of activities carried out in the projects and increase their added value and impact in the promotion of employability and cooperation with the world of work; - Highlight good practice projects and initiatives on the relevant topic; - Facilitate the exchange of experience at the international level between the beneficiaries working in the same field as well as contribute to the promotion of cross-sectoral cooperation in the future projects; - Facilitate the discussion on the impact of education and training system on the employability and the role of Erasmus+ projects in enhancing skills and competences necessary for the labour market as well as identifying and connecting the needs of current beneficiaries to the future format of the Erasmus+ Program.
The participants will: - Get insight from policy makers and social partners on the impact of education and training system on the employability of the learners (future workforce) and what are/could be the mechanisms for its facilitation; -Take active part in sectoral (AE, SE, VET, HE) working groups and cross-sectoral discussions on the labour-market relevance of education, facilitation of learners’ employability within the framework of Erasmus+ programme offered opportunities; - get to know good practice-projects and share experience in sectoral groups on the enhancing of the quality and added value of the project activities concerning employability and cooperation with the world of work
