Seminar for Small Scale Partnerships "The Project Compass: Navigating Ideas into a Project"
Main Info
TCA Description
Are you new to the program Erasmus+ Key Action 2 or have little experience with it? Are you interested in creating a project for a small scale partnership, but do not know where to start? Are you looking for partners for your project?
If the answer to these questions is yes, then this seminar is for you!
The program is designed for the participants, who have little or no experience in Erasmus+ Key Action 2. We will be facilitating the training seminar through the specific parameters of small-scale partnerships (KA210 SCH, VET, ADU), while aiming at helping the participants to navigate through some of the initial project planning challenges and inspire international partnerships.
Overall Goal: to provide practical knowledge and skills to potential applicants for small-scale partnerships of the "Erasmus+" programme on how to plan a project based on project management methods:
• To get to know the specifics of Erasmus+ small-scale partnership projects.
• To provide knowledge, skills and tools for project planning: refining the idea, identifying the need for innovative products, ensuring quality, measuring the impact and ensuring project visibility.
• To provide space to plan the essential aspects of an international partnership project.
