TCA Description
Title: Thematic seminar from the project idea to the project proposal.
Additional theme: To train and build cooperations between organisations from European German speaking areas to improve the implementation of the ERASMUS+ programme in their country.
Topics: Project & proposal development, application writing, linking project idea with Erasmus+ priorities, evidence based needs analysis, defining SMART objectives, formulation of project structure and qualitative/quantitative (RACER) indicators, sharing best practice ideas, capacity building in impact and dissemination, networking and collaboration, financing rules and budgeting, finalizing an application in Erasmus+ online.
Format: Workshop / seminar with group work and networking activities. This seminar will cover impulse lessons and group work sessions with presentation.
The overall aim of this TCA is to increase the impact of the Erasmus+ programme and ensure that institutions and organisations from the German speaking regions in Europe actively engage in in the key action 2 Cooperation Partnerships within the SCH, VET, ADU and HED sectors. This contact seminar has a cross-sectoral focus and invites the participation of current and futur beneficiaries from School Education (SCH), Vocational Education and Training (VET), Adult Education (ADU) and Higher Education (HED) as well as the private sector. It further aims to promote cooperation partnerships, provide support to potential applicants in terms of idea-thinking and project development, build on the target groups’ knowledge about KA2 and provide a platform from which stakeholders from different educational sectors can connect, share experiences and establish networks within. The TCA is highly recommended for newcomers and less experienced applicants and for people who are interested in developing their application writing skills to a top level.

From the participant’s perspective: Participants can bring their own project ideas or work together on another or a fictitious project idea. They will go through the stages of proposal preparation and learn about the key elements of a successful project proposal. By the end of the course, participants will have prepared all the elements to complete and submit a project proposal.
Further output will be: Increased awareness of the opportunities provided in cooperationpartnerships. A deeper knowledge of how to develop project ideas based on institutional and regional needs provide networking opportunities with potential projects partners platform for the exchange of ideas and good practices promotion and dissemination of successful projectsIncrease crosssectoral collaboration between SCH, VET and HEP potentially develop the foundation for further collaboration and a project plan.
From the organizing NA’s perspective: Complete course to cover the initial phase of an Erasmus+ project lifecycle with a focus on KA220 partnership projects.

1. Welcome to LIECHTENSTEIN! The seminar will be held in the 3-star superior hotel kommod in Liechtenstein that impresses with its modern design, fine cuisine, central location and excellent service. 2 restaurants and a bar provide for the physical well-being. You will stay at the same location from the afternoon of 05th February until after lunch on 08th February (nights, breakfasts, lunches and dinners will be all included, covered by the NALI01). All participants are expected to arrive on Monday 05th February (morning / noon) for a start of activities on Monday afternoon. The planned activities require the presence of all participants until Thursday 08th February 2024 (lunchtime). On the evening of 07th February 2024, a city tour and visit to the famous Liechtenstein National Museum and dinner in VADUZ is planned.
2. Travel to Liechtenstein:
Arrival by bus (Liemobil): Get in and sit back. Your driver will take you safely to Ruggell: Line /Bus 31 or 36E or 37 (Schaan-Ruggell, Ruggell-Schaan) takes you to Ruggell all year round. All stops along the route are served (except line 36E). Further information: www.liemobil.li
