The event focuses on the importance of Civic Engagement and European values, with special attention to newcomers. The main goal is to provide an opportunity for exchange and networking among educational organizations and stakeholders to develop new Erasmus+ projects (KA1 and KA2 ) centered on these themes.
Through participatory methodologies and group work, participants will engage in discussions, practical activities, and workshops to acquire skills on how to effectively implement projects on inclusion and civic participation, especially in educational contexts.
The seminar aims to:
- Strengthen collaboration between schools and adult education organizations.
- Promote the participation of newcomers and underrepresented groups in Erasmus+ programs.
- Foster active citizenship and the promotion of European values in educational communities.
- Provide tools and strategies for designing high-quality Erasmus+ initiatives.
The event will follow a practical and collaborative approach, with structured sessions including:
- Networking and exchange of best practices: Participants will have the opportunity to present their experiences and working methodologies.
- Workshops and group work: Focus on Erasmus+ project design, inclusion strategies, and active citizenship.
- Interactive learning sessions: Experts and representatives from organizations will provide practical tools for project design and management.
- Development of joint projects: Participants will be supported in co-designing new Erasmus+ proposals in the SE and AE sectors.
- Creation of new collaboration networks among European organizations.
- Increased participation of newcomers in Erasmus+ programs.
- Development of innovative strategies for civic engagement and inclusion.
- Planning of new Erasmus+ KA1 and KA2 projects.
The event will be structured into two main parts each day. In the morning, there will be plenary sessions with frontal lectures, providing participants with insights, methodologies, and key information on the topics covered. In the afternoon, participants will be divided into working groups of 10-15 people, organized by sector (School and Adult Education), where they will engage in hands-on activities, project design, and sharing of best practices within their specific field.

- Educators, teachers, and trainers with limited or no experience in Erasmus+ (newcomers).
