This is an exchange and capacity-building event which will bring together internal and external assessors working on final reports from Erasmus+ Cooperation Partnerships (KA220). We are primarily seeking to engage with assessors that have some experience in final report assessment but new assessors can also participate where they are expected to work on future final report assessments for KA220. In all cases, final report assessment for KA220 will be new for everybody. The event will provide an opportunity to come together to review and reflect on final reporting questions and documentation and to discuss what is important to assess at the project end, and what is no longer a key focus. Discussions will focus on the four different headings against which KA220 partnerships are assessed, namely: Relevance, Quality of Project Design and Implementation; Quality of Partnership and Cooperation, and Impact. Scoring will also feature strongly as this aspect of KA220 final report assessment will play an important role in determining the final lump sum amount.

During this event, participants will share their own perspectives and experiences, on issues that are important to consider, and issues that can actually be judged, at the end of a cooperation partnership funding period. Experienced-based inputs in plenary will be completed by more practical groupwork activities and discussions.

By the end of this networking and capacity-building seminar, participants will be able to:

• CLASSIFY different responses in the KA220 Final Report for Cooperation Partnerships under the different assessment criterion;
• RECOGNISE key questions and responses and their importance in determining successful project delivery in a KA220 Cooperation Partnership;
• COMPARE initial KA220 project commitments to final report texts and descriptions and EVALUATE overall project successes;
• CREATE written comments using terminology which best reflects the overall level of achievement of a KA220 Cooperation Partnership;
• ATTRIBUTE assessment scores on the basis of perceived successes and achievements.

[a] Assessors with experience of final report assessment (in previous programmes and actions) that are also familiar with the goals of and objectives of Erasmus+ KA220 Cooperation Partnerships. In all cases, participation is targeted towards assessors that will undertake KA220 assessments in one of the targeted fields: ADU, HED, SCH or VET.

[b] Accompanying NA staff with responsibility for, or directly involved in the assessment of, final reports from Erasmus+ Cooperation Partnerships (KA220), operating specifically in the fields of ADU, HED, SCH or VET.
