TCA Description

Themes and goals:

Join us in Reykjavík for a three day networking seminar where we explore inclusive ways to support adult learners' mobilities that empower.

By facilitating a model of an empowering learning space, we aim to enable a wide and diverse group of participants to find safe space for peer learning, which is also needs based. On top of this, we want to use the full wealth of the diverse perspectives present in the group, engaging collective intelligence for better working strategies.

Goals:

  • To explore benefits and obstacles for participants and institutions in Adult Learners’ Mobility.
  • To explain the general framework of Adult Learner Mobility.
  • To exchange good practices and successful examples in the implementation of Adult Learner Mobility in Erasmus+ programme countries.
  • To encourage partnership building and networking among participants.
  • To foster the inclusion of Adult Learners with fewer opportunities in mobilities.
Expected results:
  • Increased interest shown by the participants in planning and applying for Adult Learner Mobility.
  • New partnerships established with a view to applying for and planning Adult Learner Mobility.
  • Shared experiences and good practice examples.
  • Increased knowledge about positive impact of learners’ mobilities.
  • Increased number of applicants prioritizing inclusion in Adult Learner Mobility.
