Strategic approaches to Erasmus+ academic staff mobility
Main Info
TCA Description
This 1.5-day conference is hosted by Rannis and co-organised by AMEUP, CMEPIUS, DZS, OeAD and TPF, with the support of the Academic Cooperation Association (ACA). It aims at raising awareness of the strategic importance of academic staff mobility under Erasmus+ for all university missions and building effective approaches to maximising its institutional value. The conference will also serve as an important step in building a community of interested higher education institutions from six participating countries (Austria, Croatia, Czechia, Hungary, Iceland and Slovenia) by fostering the exchange of good practice and networking at the senior leadership level. The conference will feature a mix of keynote speeches, panel debates, and engaging parallel sessions on topics related to the strategic use of Erasmus+ staff mobility for various goals, inclusive participation, impact maximising and knowledge transfer, as well as recognition of staff mobility experiences as part of career development pathways.
- Participants increase their understanding of strategic institutional approaches to staff mobility;
- Deeper understanding of the positive impact of staff mobility;
- Increased recognition of staff mobility at HEIs;
- Participants expand their professional network
Please note that this event is one of the results of a research on Erasmus+ staff mobility conducted by ACA in collaboration with the national agencies of Austria, Croatia, Czechia, Hungary, Iceland and Slovenia. Applications are only accepted from those countries.
