Civic EmpowerED training event will bring together adult educators and adult learners to explore Civic Engagement through Erasmus+ mobility funding opportunity. This bespoke training event designed specifically for newcomers or people with some experience to Erasmus+ Adult Education Programme aims to provide adult educators and learners with the knowledge and skills necessary to organize and participate in high-quality mobility projects.

Training Objectives:

• Understanding Adult Learner Mobility: Gain a comprehensive understanding of the concept of adult learner mobility and its relevance in promoting civic engagement and active citizenship.
• Exploring Erasmus+ Quality Standards: Learn about the Erasmus+ Quality Standards for learner mobility projects and understand how to align project activities with these standards.
• Identifying Partnership Opportunities: Explore potential partnership opportunities for adult learner mobilities and learn strategies for establishing successful collaborations.
• Addressing Challenges: Discuss common challenges associated with organizing adult learner mobilities and develop strategies to overcome them effectively.
• Enhancing International Visibility: Discover methods for increasing the international visibility of mobility projects and learn how to leverage platforms such as EPALE to showcase project outcomes and find partners.

Target group: Teams should consist of 1 adult educator and 1 adult learner. The adult learner must be from the same organisation as the adult educator. Adult educators are invited to apply on behalf of the adult learner. Individual applications will not be considered.
