TCA Description

Themes and goals:

This cross-sectoral thematic contact making seminar is aimed at supporting organisations seeking funding under the KA2 Action, Cooperation Partnerships for Cooperation (KA220). The event will provide participants from across Programme countries with the opportunity to work together and develop their project ideas and solutions using a Design Thinking approach. By attending, participants will gain a deeper understanding of their education and training needs, as well as develop innovative solutions that may be potentially financed through Erasmus+. Moreover, participants will have the chance to network and build possible future KA2 partnerships while extending their knowledge and understanding of the Design Thinking process.

The event will feature an overview of Design Thinking and its application to Erasmus+ project development, practical workshops to guide participants through the project design process, information sessions on approaching partnership applications, and networking and collaboration opportunities.

Expected results:

By the end of the event participants are expected to have achieved the following outcomes:

·      Improved understanding of Design Thinking - a human-centred problem-solving approach used to develop innovative solutions.

·      Increased understanding of their organisation’s education and training needs, as well as those of other organisations, leading to potential opportunities for collaboration and knowledge sharing.

·      Enhanced project development skills by learning how to apply the Design Thinking approach to help them develop more innovative and effective solutions.

·      Increased Networking opportunities by working with organisations from across the Programme countries, potentially leading to new partnership opportunities.
