TCA Description

Themes and goals:

This contact-making seminar will focus on how the Erasmus + programme and funding opportunities can support Early Childhood practitioners in enhancing their professional development. It is ideal for newcomers and less experienced to the Erasmus+ programme. The participants will explore how staff mobilities can inspire and boost the quality of  Early Childhood practices.

This event will predominantly focus on peer learning, exchanges of ideas, networking, and exploring funding opportunities. The hands-on activities and workshops will be run by a lecturer and facilitator in the Early Childhood sector, who have been creating innovative and creative solutions for EC practices.

The seminar also includes a session dedicated to networking and planning of future cooperation in the context of the Erasmus+ programme. The hands-on activities will offer participants new ways of exploring pan-European approaches in EC practices, new networks and project concepts, and the financing-related opportunities, provided within the Erasmus+ mobility projects.

Expected results:

Outcomes:

  • The participants will gain new knowledge, ideas, and motivation to use Erasmus + funding opportunities for CPD
  • The participants will establish networks and find ideas how mobilities can enhance the EC practices
