Themes and goals:
Facilitate participants to be more familiar with KA1 staff mobilities; to make links between overall organisational strategy/goals and their VET Mobility strategy;Sharing / informing of the transformational benefits of Erasmus+ staff mobility projects;Generating and sharing ideas for staff projects;Getting to know and connecting with others in the room;Hearing from peers on their current/past project which are examples of good practice;Discovering practical examples of projects;Understanding the possibilities re KA1 staff project activities;Gaining an understanding of what works well in KA1.Objectives:1. Promote Erasmus+ ethos in Irish and European VET organisations2. Attract newcomers to KA1 VET 4. Increase VET staff development through Erasmus+5. Create awareness of the transformational benefits that staff projects can have on VET organisations 6. Improve the quality of applications 7. Share examples of good practice from peers8.
