Enriching Daily Practice through integrating Erasmus+ Lessons Learned
Main Info
TCA Description
The programme will empower participants to strengthen inclusion and diversity organisational practice by integrating lessons learned from Erasmus+ projects into their own Inclusion Strategy.
Equal emphasis will be placed on creating Erasmus+ projects in a strategic way so that they respond to the inclusion and diversity needs of the organisation, as well as on ensuring that the Erasmus+ experience, outcomes, and lessons learned extend beyond the project itself and are implemented into long-term strategies, structures or learning practice.
We will promote good practice examples and maintain the good practice collection related to projects fostering inclusion and diversity through direct involvement of participants with fewer opportunities and/or focusing on inclusion and diversity topic.
The goal is to increase the capacities of the TCA participants to improve the inclusion and diversity dimension in their current and future Erasmus+ projects.
Participants will establish a common understanding of those who may be considered people with fewer opportunities and set up a coherent framework for including them in the programme
The seminar will consist of panel discussions, experts’ presentations, workshops and study visits. The seminar will be based upon a combination of formal and non-formal education approach.
- Participants will be able to use the methods learned during their projects and integrate them into their own Inclusion Strategy which will be the foundation of their organisation’s inclusiveness.
- The programme will provide NAs` and experts` additional support in identifying various areas for improvement and enable valuable sharing of ideas among participants
- Padlet of collection of resources regarding inclusion and diversity
