• To understand the benefits of Adult Learner Mobility for participants and institutions.
• To understand the general framework, steps and working strategies for the successful implementation of short-term, long-term and group Adult Learner Mobility.
• To learn first-hand about experiences of good practice in the implementation of Adult Learner Mobility by Spanish schools and institutions from other Erasmus+ programme countries.
• To encourage the creation of networks between institutions (newcomers and experienced ones) in different countries to promote information exchange, mutual assistance and to find new partners.
• To know how to contact organisations with similar characteristics to ours in other countries in which our adult learners can maximise the benefits of their stay.
• To foster newcomers and experienced institutions in Erasmus programme to apply for Adult Learner Mobility.
• To foster the inclusion of Learners with fewer opportunities in our mobilities.
- Increased interest shown by the participants in planning and applying for Adult Learner Mobility
- New network of contacts established with a view to applying for and planning Adult Learner Mobility
- Shared experiences on optimal management of Adult Mobility
- Increased knowledge and expectations shown by the participants in working strategies to implement Adult Learner Mobility
- Increased number of applicants prioritizing inclusion in Adult Learner Mobility
NA staff from other NA are welcome (máximum 10 places and 1 place per NA).but will need to cover their own travel, accommodation, and meal expenses.
Partners and participants
- Representatives from Adult Education Organisation,
- Newcomers and experienced beneficiaries interested in KA1.
- Any of the participants should be open to offer adult learner mobility as a sending and/or hosting organisation in KA 1.
