Monitoring and Promoting Impact in KA1 Mobility
Main Info
TCA Description
This is a capacity-building and exchange event which will bring together experienced beneficiaries working with Erasmus+ mobility actions (accredited organisations and those having managed short-term mobility projects) to consider how to more effectively monitor and promote impact. Key tools, models and terminology will be presented and discussed, prior to inviting participants to actively engage with known impact tools and to reflect on how these might be successfully embedded in their own Erasmus+ mobility programmes and practices.
This event relies on active learning where new models and concepts are purposefully introduced, encouraging reflection, comparison, critical thinking and simulated (event-based) and real-world (post-event) application of tools and strategies for monitoring and promoting impact in KA1 mobility. Plenary inputs will be complemented by group-based discussions and exchanges.
The facilitator of the TCA will be Mr Paul Guest, an expert on Erasmus+ and Consultant in the fields of education, training and employment with activities including research, training, capacity-building, skills development, event moderation, as well as evaluation and assessment.
By the end of this capacity-building and exchange event, participants will be better able to:
• RELATE the purpose and benefits of monitoring and promoting impact in KA1 Mobility;
• DETERMINE which impact tools and strategies are best suited to their own institution, field of education and groups of mobility participants;
• INTEGRATE impact tools and processes into future mobility planning and implementation;
• MONITOR and PROMOTE the impact of KA1 mobility at individual and institutional levels.
