This is a training and development event for Erasmus+ assessors working on the assessment of final reports for KA220 projects in the field of adult education (AE), higher education (HE), school education (SE) and vocational education (VET).
The event is designed mostly for echpirienced assessor, bud if new are interested in future final report assessments (internal and external).
The training will encourage learning through guided exchange and discussion. The training is inspired by new lump sum financing model, as from 2022 year the model is different and should involve two assessors.
The goal is to achieve a common understanding among assessors working to assess final reports from different fields of education and training.
By the end of this training and development event, participants will:
• Common understanding about the key factors in determining the criterias in the KA220 Final Report for Cooperation Partnerships;
• Recognizing key questions and responses and their importance in determining successful project delivery in a KA220 Cooperation Partnership
• Abbility to differentiate the initial KA220 project commitments from the final report texts and descriptions, and evaluate overall project successes.
• Assigning assessment scores based on perceived successes and achievements
• Ability to apply the gained knowledge and skills in their future assessments.
All participants will be required to do some pre-reading prior to attending this training and development event. The trainer is well-experienced trainer Paul Guest.
Preliminary Timetable:
• 11th September 2024 - arrival day, event begins in the afternoon
12th September 2024 - morning and afternoon sessions followed by a common dinner
13th September 2024 - morning session only, event ends around 12:00 followed by lunch
• The organising NA will cover accommodation for 2 nights (the accommodation will be in Tallink Spa & Conference Hotel Tallink Spa & Conference Hotel - Tallink Hotels), all meals and program costs.
NB! Extra nights will be paid and booked separately by the participant (and also if the participant wishes to stay in another hotel).
Partners and participants
We are expecting assessors who evaluate KA2 Erasmus+ applications.
Preferably less experiences assessors, but more experineced assessors are also welcome.
