The objective of the contact seminar shall be to establish new school exchange partnerships. The seminar offers an opportunity for school leaders and teachers to find partner schools and to work together on topics of mutual interest. Participants will receive information about the Erasmus+ programme (Key Action 2 – School Exchange Partnerships) and about the application procedure. During the seminar participants will have the opportunity to develop project ideas for Erasmus+ School Exchange partnerships and to start preparing their project applications with the assistance of experienced project coordinators and National Agencies.

This regional seminar is open to teachers and school representatives from France, Luxembourg, Belgium and Germany (general education, pupil age 6 – 18). The contact seminar is mainly targeted at newcomers to the Erasmus+-programme, who are committed to start an Erasmus+ School Exchange Partnership in the border regions. The seminar languages will be French and German - without simultaneous translation, so all participants should be able to communicate in both languages (or have at least a good passive knowledge of the other language).
