Additional information:
Clara brings particular expertise in inclusive language, dialogue across different perspectives and transcultural awareness that considers differing needs, access and opportunities for participation. She develops formats that invite people to contribute meaningfully, question established routines and, where useful, think beyond conventional event structures. Clara also works for People, Dialogue and Change, a research and consultancy organisation. She holds a degree in International Relations and is a certified systemic facilitator trained at the German Academy for Systemic Moderation.
