An interactive community workshop bringing together Institutional PROFFORMANCE Ambassadors and participating teachers to reflect on assessment outcomes, exchange institutional practices, and explore how stakeholder dialogue, shared responsibility, and motivation can support an iterative process of continuous professional development and teaching enhancement.
The PROFFORMANCE On-site Peer Learning Activity (PLA) brings together members of the International Institutional PROFFORMANCE Ambassadors Network who participated in the Joint Course Design Competence Assessment (April–June 2026) and completed their institutional reflection reports.
The event provides a collaborative forum for peer learning, critical reflection, and the exchange of institutional practices. Participants will reflect on the outcomes of the joint assessment, identify lessons learned and development priorities, and explore opportunities for future collaboration. The workshop aims to strengthen the ambassador network and support institutional approaches to continuous enhancement of teaching and learning through shared responsibility, stakeholder dialogue, and mutual learning.
By the end of the workshop, participants will:
- reflect on the outcomes and lessons learned from the Joint Course Design Competence Assessment;
- identify institutional strategies for strengthening motivation, stakeholder engagement, and shared responsibility for teaching excellence;
- exchange good practices and develop recommendations for embedding the Continuous Development Cycle into institutional practice;
- establish new partnerships and identify opportunities for future collaboration within the International Institutional PROFFORMANCE Ambassadors Network;
- prepare concrete follow-up actions to support the continuous enhancement of teaching and learning at their institutions.
The activity will take the form of an interactive on-site workshop combining participants' contributions, facilitated peer learning, and collaborative strategy development. Building on their institutional experiences, participants will work together to explore how the Continuous Development Cycle can be embedded into institutional practice, how teachers can be motivated to engage in assessment and professional development, how institutional leadership can be effectively engaged, and how students can become active partners in the enhancement of teaching and learning.
The on-site Peer Learning Activity in October 2026 is an exclusive follow-up event for selected participants of the spring 2026 PROFFORMANCE joint assessment and submitted their institutional report.
Partners and participants
Only pre-selected participants - who participated at the joint competence assessment (April-June 2026) and submitted a report) can participate. No external registration is accepted.
