The PROFFORMANCE On-site Peer Learning Activity (October 2026, Budapest) supports higher education teachers in enhancing course design through collaborative peer learning and practical exchange. The activity focuses on improving teaching and learning practices along four key priorities: digitalisation, internationalisation, inclusion, and sustainability. 

Participants will analyse and further develop their own courses using the PROFFORMANCE tools and frameworks, including the PROFFORMANCE Assessment Tool and the Short Course modules. Through peer discussions, collaborative working sessions and expert facilitation, the activity aims to strengthen participants’ capacity to design more student-centred, digitally enriched, internationally connected, inclusive and sustainability-oriented courses.

The activity is intended for higher education teachers and academic staff who are actively involved in course design, teaching and learning development. Participants are selected from among the most engaged participants of the spring 2026 PROFFORMANCE online peer learning programme (April–June 2026). 

No direct application is accepted for the October event. Participants are selected based on their activities during the online April–June peer learning activity. 

The group will consist of educators from diverse higher education institutions who demonstrate a strong interest in improving teaching practices and redesigning their courses along the priorities of digitalisation, internationalisation, inclusion and sustainability. Participants are expected to actively contribute to peer discussions, share institutional practices, and work collaboratively on course development during the activity.
